Shipping policy

Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. 

Processing time - Please allow 2-5 business days for processing on ready to ship merchandise and 7-14 business days on "ALL" custom orders. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive email notification with tracking information.

Shipping time - Once shipped, most domestic orders take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of delivery service. Delivery service is chosen at checkout. Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

Backorders - In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is to always ship out to you as soon as possible. If there is a delay in shipping, Professional Kravings will notify you via email.
